Hi, my 3 year old has a dairy allergy which includes anything else which can suppliment dairy such as soy milk, goat's milk, sheep milk and rice milk. Does anyone have any good ideas about getting enough calcium into her? We give her multi-vitamin suppliments which have calcium in them but when you read about how much diary a toddler should be having I worry she isn't getting enough. Also any different food ideas - her menu of foods is quite limited and we need some variety.
